Payment

Payments are due by the first class of every month.  A $5.00 fee will be accessed if payment is late.  Please drop off payment in the ballet/jazz drop box at the studio. Make checks payable to Lake Dance Steps. To ensure proper credit, please put your child's name on the check, especially if your child has a different last name than yours.  Include cash payment in an envelope with students name on it.  I do not send bills. Statements are sent out only when your account is past due. You are responsible for payment of all classes in which your student(s) are enrolled (even if absent from class) until Lake Dance Steps receives written or verbal notice of withdrawal. Payments remain the same each month regardless of attendance, school closures, holidays, etc.  Class attendance is strongly encouraged; therefore, in general, tuition will not be pro-rated for missed classes.  If for any reason you need extra time to pay tuition, etc. please contact Raquel Lake.

RETURN CHECKS

A $15.00 service charge fee will automatically be applied to your account for checks returned by the bank. Returned checks can not be re-deposited.

RATES

One class per week:  $30 per month ($25 Baby Ballerina's, Tutu Toddler's, Starlette's class)

Two classes per week: $50 per month

($20 additional for each immediate family member or class added)

Pre-Pointe and Pointe classes are $10 additional/mo.

Private lessons: Student $15/hour, non-student $20/hour.

Option #2: Fee paid once per year Apply 5% discount (September-May).  Non-refundable.
